Watched from my front window as the Allied Waste truck sat in from of my house with my trash can right in front of his truck. After over a minute he simply drives away without taking our trash. I got in my car and caught up with him at the end of our street. First he acted like I had two heads then he said "he's not picking up on that side of the road yet". When I explained that I AM on his side of the road and I watched him sit there and start up without picking up our trash, first he said I must not have gotten the can out on time. WHAT!!!!!? I told him I put the can out the night before in a torrential thunderstorm, then he said he'd go back around the block to pick it up.



After the can was still full several hours later I called the idiots at Allied Waste who were very sympathetic and said they'd pick it up the next day. This is about the 5th time in less than a year that our house is the only one in the neighborhood that is sitting there having not been emptied.

I ordered a dumpster for a home renovation and the sales person, Harry, told me that I could keep the dumpster longer if I needed it.....all I had to do was call him and he could arrange it. I called him a day before they were supposed to pick it up and told him I needed the dumpster for another week. He told me, "No problem....call us when your ready to have it picked up." The next day, when I came home from work, the dumpster was gone. I left 3 different voicemails for the sales person AND customer service and no one has called me back. The sales person convinced me to get the larger dumpster and then they pick it up half full.



Next time I'm going to use Tinari again.....horrible customer service and overselling!
