we had a wedding at Balley Mead and Chef Roland catered it. It was tremendous. The appetizers were the best I ever had at a wedding and th emeal was superb. Atlantic cod AND filet mignon for our guests. Please note the AND not an OR. The guests just raved about it. No One left hungry. His staff of waiters were caring and helpful. Special requests were accomodated by the staff. It was a wonderful experience.
