They were unprofessional (putting out a bereaved family 45 minutes prior to closing, whom had traveled from Missouri and Maryland, not to mentioned that they locked the door for 10 minutes upon our arrival so that we could not get in). The accommodations were terrible as well (outdated & unseviceable furniture, no air conditioning, holes in walls, etc...). My uncle deserved better; I should have been more assertive by injecting myself in his home-going process because I would have never agreed to this debacle of a so-called funeral home/service. I am looking for ways to post photos as well.

Absolutely horrible services provided for my uncle's home going. My family was locked out upon arrival; kicked out 45 minutes prior to closing; the room temperature was, at least, 85 Degrees; they have outdated/unserviceable furniture and accommodations and we traveled from Missouri and Maryland. This should be shut down, IMMEDIATELY!!!! My uncle deserved better and would have never agreed to this!

Although you hope to never need the service, it is an inevitable fact of life. The staff and owner were very responsive to our needs and desire to have our loved one receive the best of care. Mr. Young was helpful in allowing us to review the many options as many times as needed to arrive at the best arrangement for us. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. There is no better personal service to be found when it comes to the final care for your family.
