Worse tire buying experience at the heath/newark oh store I have ever had....at the time of ring up the sale did not know how to do a tax exempt and would not refund the tax a couple of days latter after being told to come back and would not honor the $50.00 coupon on the tires sale...the place is a wreck don't go into the bathroom.......Jerry told me I and all the customers were totally screwed up that was coming into the store and that is putting it in nice terms.......well not go back there again...I am 60 and never in my life have I been mistreated like that in buying tires before. Stay away. I asked what was the Corps phone number was told by Jerry....Go find it.

Do Not Use DLS Tires NEWARK OH. Long story short...they were going to charge me $500 to fix something that was not even broken. Took it to another shop and paid $58. DLS was going to charge me TRIPPLE the price for the part (called a part store). Then when I called DLS to tell them I was bringing them the part I was told that they would RAISE the price of labor. Do Not Use!!!

This Tire Center Newark Ohio gave me an estimate for a 900+ repair bill for new brakes and idler arms. I was getting a rubbing noise and they said it waas rusty brake parts casuing the isssue. I took it to another shop for a second opinion. They found the problem- A bad bearing-189.00 repair. I wrote a letter to coporate and an email to the store. NO response from Corporate, email response for store said--have a nice day. I would never go back.
