JoAnn Fabrics has rude customer service. I'm one of their top buyers because I believe each person who may or not be suffering deserves something specially made for them such as double knot blankets. This weekend I was treated like a nobody and mistreated as a dependent of someone who served our country. I was ridiculed and taken advantage of at the JoAnn fabrics in Taylor Mi. I barely go there because they lie to citizens and do not respect individuals with disabilities and the people who serve or have served our country. Being a dependent of one I can tell you they are willing to surrender their life for our country. Today I was disrespected by costumer service. I'm very displeased with the store and the company. The manager team has emotionally damaged me as well as their staff.
