I have for many years had a morbid fear of dentists, but recently needed significant work. I chose Perfect Dental and am glad I did. The personnel in Taunton are kind and solicitous of patients' needs and, in my case, anxieties. Costs are reduced significantly from other dentists in this area, and money issues are handled with tact. The dentist and his assistants are direct and forthright, and are very professional. I had an issue with blood pressure, and steps were taken to ensure what was done was done safely. They care about each patient as an individual, and not just as the next guy in the chair. I cannot complain about any aspect of my treatment, the cost, or the way everyone treated me and, especially, the children who came in while I was there. Direct, forthright, friendly and professional in every way.

I have only just made my first appointment for my six year old son and myseld with Perfect Dental and I already know that we are going to be very happy here. We just recently moved to Taunton from over and hour away and I needed to find a new dentist for my family. I had been calling around to different offices all day and had not gotten one warm friendly vibe from anyone. Just when I was about to give up my search and drive one and a half hours to our regular dentist whom we were very comfortable with, Miranda at Perfect Dental answered the phone and I could literally see her smile through the phone! Right away she turned my frown upside down :) I asked her a bunch of questions (hours of operation, how long in practice, insurance etc...) and she answered every question with such a manner that I then asked how I could set up an appointment for myself and my son. Much to my surprise, she was able to schedule both of us in under a week at the time of day I wanted at the same time of one another. I give Perfect Dental a 5 star rating in hopes that my first appointment and every appointment there after is as pleasant as my first impression that Miranda gave on the phone with me today. Thank you Miranda!

I haven't seen a dentist in years because of prior dentist and what they didn't do to help me with my teeth. I have had a fear of the dental practice because of what I have been through with past dentists. I am very happy with this office they are friendly and have great services. My oldest daughter visited them and she liked them as well. I asked questions and the dentist answer without judging me. The dentist I saw was Asian (I do apologize for not having his name) he was very good and I would totally revisit him. I have a whole new outlook on the dental field. They need more dentist like him!! Very happy with them!! Thank you!!

I also brought my 3 yr old son to this dentist and i thought they were great and very friendly ... i made an apt for myself at the end of his visit and they got me in right away (2 days later ) I also had a good experience at this dentist ....

I recently transferred from a pracrtice in Taunton that didn't take my new insurance to here. I brought my 3 year old for her 1st appt and it was aweful. The waiting room had some man swearing in front of my daughter, then we got in to the room and I don't even think the person cleaning teeth was a hygenist. My daughter cried 2 seconds into it, and she's not that type of kid. The "hygenist" stopped with the motorized brush and used a 5 year old tooth brush to finish the cleaning. The brush was way to big for my child's mouth and she brushed her teeth for about 30 seconds. No rinsing or further cleaning of the teeth. I could not even understand the doctor his english was very poor. Over all this wasn't a very good experience as a first time patient. I will be finding another dentist in the area.

The staff are friendly and kind.I got an appointment almost immediately. I was highly anxious -they used anesthetic wisely and it was almost painless. They were very attentive.
