Either the pipes broken so they have to turn off the water every single day and the elevator doesn't work most days Not long ago they raise the price for the rent, but everything does not work correctly they clean the whole apartment just for once a week so the rest of the week the property so dirty. And for this whole year 2012 the water has been turn off more than 50 times. and sometimes there has been no hot water for as long as 7 days strike.
