Wow, these guys are fast. We were a little concern about timing since Thanks Giving was just around the corner and this was the guest bathroom that they have worked on. We have had a sit down with Simon about 2 weeks before Thanks Giving regarding the guest bathroom that has sprung a leak. Simon has assured us that the work will be completed before Thanks Giving and that we had nothing to worry about. He had put us in contact with his partner Harvey which has helped us right away choose the tile, vanity style, lights and fixtures. Harvey had personally went with us to Lowe's and we spent about 4 hours choosing the items for our new bathroom. Within 2 days all the items were delivered at the house. We were amazed how fast these guys worked and more importantly how well they have worked as a team. There were always 2-3 guys working at all times.

In the end like Simon had promised the work on our bathroom was indeed completed on time and did not run over the original agreed upon amount. At some point during construction we have decided to replace the Medicine cabinet as well and when we had brought up the idea, Simon had told us to simply buy the one we wanted and that his guys would replace it at no extra cost.

We have had a great Thanks Giving and everyone loved the new bathroom. Now my cousin had contracted A Best Remodeling to do their bathroom. Thank you very much Simon and Harvey to owning up to everything you have said you would do for us.

Harvey and Simon of A Best Remodeling had done a great job remodeling our home in Granada Hills. We wanted to change some of the layout of our house to get a feel of an open space. Simon had met with us to discuss the new layout and very quickly we had a set of plans. Permit were pulled within 10 days and the very next day A Best Remodeling Guys were ready to start the work on our house. Working consistently 5 days a week 8:30 - 5;00 the work was complete just under 3 weeks. Our house was transformed instantaneously and now feels much bigger by simply rearranging some walls and removing others all together. Since we have gained a much bigger kitchen area it had made sense to redo our kitchen and update all the old cabinets and appliances we have had for years. New cabinets, counters and back splash has made our kitchen match the open space we have long sot after.

No construction work goes without its fair share of unforeseen issues. For instance in a couple of the walls that were removed we had plumbing going through it. Off course this was only uncovered after the demolition had started. Simon had jumped on the problem right away and without loosing much time has had his plumber working on rerouting the plumbing pipes to another wall. In another instance, it was discovered that a couple of floor joist had needed to be replaced because they had been damaged by termites. Again this was no issue for A Best Remodeling as they incorporate unforeseen issues into their daily labor. Our remodeling project was completed on time as promised even with the extra work that came up.
