I have shopped here for many years, and the selection is very good. In the past I have consigned things, and have had reasonable results. For the past three months I have called or stopped in asking for the balance due me on my last items consigned. The store worker has taken my name, said that the owner was the only one who could work the computer, so I would have to receive a call back. Four times I have contacted them by phone or in person,and I should have a balance due me. There have been no call backs and I will never shop or consign here again. The owner has opened a second shop, on US 19 behind Sam Selzers in Palm Harbor. Beware!

Me and my friend/twin looked for weeks for prom dresses, so we decided to drive 40 minutes to Nikki's. A member of the staff came in on a Sunday just for us, she was so helpful. After 5 minutes of talking to her she picked out the perfect dress for me and my twin, mine with her first suggestion. She also helped us try on different pieces, while even giving honest criticism, we were all on the same page. After 45 minutes we were fully decided and she was nice about the whole experience. I've been to many shops looking for dresses, most places just want to sell something, but at Nikki's I felt like my consultant generally wanted to make me happy. They had a great selection, that no one else has. I recommended it to all future dress shoppers!

Poor staff and not friendly. Took over 200 items from me to consign and never recived any money from them. Would never go back she scams people to make money. Worsed experience ever and I consign at many places.
