Having a surgeon not recommend surgery, but instead tailor my treatment to my preferences (including a stem cell injection) was an exceptional experience. Six months ago I couldn't lift my hand past my hip and today I am pain free, have my range of motion back, and am beginning to perform strength movements I feared would be lost to me. I highly recommend Dr. Guttmann!

Since the first day I went to Dr. Guttmann a long rime ago I have never been to a very busy place and he never made you feel hurried or like your problem wasn't important. this has been a great experience.

Guttmann is a super surgeon ... all was good except NICE machine and the cranky nurses at Holycross

from the get go Dr. Guttman was very positive about the outcome of my injury, I on the other hand had a hard time seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. Dr. Guttmann knew exactly where to treat the locking tendon problem. Quickly injected a cortizone treatment into the joint and within one week my thumb was moving normally and no longer locking.

Dr. Guttmann did a fabulous job, and I could not be more pleased. The entire staff, especially Dani, has been very responsive and helpful.

Dr Guttman knows shoulders. He is good at answering my questions and experienced enough to trust that he's seen it all. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Guttmann has taken the time to thoroughly explain to me what he had to do to fix my shoulder. He did this verbally and visually with videos and pictures. He has sufficiently cautioned me as to how long it is going to take to heal and be fully functional.
