He is a great dentist and surgeon but getting his office staff to return a call is next to impossible I have called seven times & left messages on their V.M. in the last 5 days with no response back at all You can not even make an appt by phone They are good at what they do but need better patient/customer service skills.They're lack of concern for the discomfort and the patient's pain defiantly needs improvement they can at least fake it!
