As a medical lessor, we specialize in finance contracts from $200, 000.00 to two million. As a commercial lessor we specialize in small and large ticket transactions. SunShore Leasing Corp was formed to provide competitive financings specifically to not for profit institutions. A significant portion of those qualified for our financings are eligible for fixed rate tax exempt debt.
