I can't say enough about Joe! This plumber comes on a Saturday as the home that we rent begins to have a septic tank/ sewage stoppage/overflow again!! Joe found the problem and he called the home owners to fully explain that the "T pipe" was not installed or not installed correctly. He snaked the tank out, went with me to check all bathroom toilets (after first asking permission to walk on my floors/carpet) and recheck the separate shower that had filled with sewage water (ugh,gross)! He explained that they will be back early this week to finally solve the problem as we have experienced this septic problem once before but was much worse. Joe is courtous, caring and dedicated to Olin Plumbing! Love him!

I had a water leak between my water meter and my home. I originally called another plumbing company (top of google list) and the guy just stomped on the ground and couldn't find the leak, in fact I did all the digging and moving stuff around. Then it got dark and he said he couldn't do anything and left. I called Olin and JOE showed up within two hours, and Joe fixed the leak. He was very professional with years of experience. I would recommend Olin and or JOE anytime. Thanks Joe for your hard work.

Olin Plumbing offers great service. Joe was at our house on Monday, and provided us with friendly excellent service. When we encountered additional problems on Thanksgiving, Jennifer promptly returned our call and Joe was back at our house shortly after that. It was a great relief that we received this service on the holiday!

Excellent service and quality of work. Joe came out same day I called to assess our issues and provide an estimate. He carefully explained the alternatives and recommended what work was required and what was not needed now. Pricing wasn't the cheapest, but was fair. Joe returned promptly at the appointed time to do the work. He fixed everything as promised, and was extremely thorough and neat. From the office to the estimate to the actual work, Olin was first class and a pleasure to deal with. No one likes having to handle the hassle and expense of plumbing issues, but Olin made it as painless as possible. We will certainly call them again the next time we need plumbing help.

Joe is the plumber that came to do some work for me. He fixed a really bad leaky faucet outside and unclogged a drain in my bathtub. He did a fantastic job. I recently needed the services of a plumber. I selected Olin due to the excellent reviews I read. Now I wish to add to the list of satisfied customers. Olin was at my home within 2 hrs., Mike was very thorough, professional and friendly. A couple days later my kitchen drain still was not draining properly. I called Olin and immediately Mike was back, used a larger bore and verified the clog was totally clear. There was no hassle, no excuses, etc. They just said "We'll take care of it and they did! I will call Olin for any plumbing problems and would highly recommend this coompany.

The owner came out to do an emergency job for me. Very professional, honest, and upfront with pricing and what needed to be done. After a few minutes talking about the business, he expressed that he was short handed and he was the owner. I served in the military for 22+ years. For an owner to come out and pull the slack for the company says a lot to me. Leading by example is this owners mentality. As long as this business stays around, Olin Plumbing will be my choice and recommendation to anyone who needs a plumber!

I could not turn on the water , My bathroom faucet cartridge needed to be replaced I called Olin Plumbing they came and repaired my faucet within 30 minutes, they were quick and calm and professional. I would definitely call Olin Plumbing again if I ever needed plumbing repair.

Great service, wasn't fixed exactly right the first time, but they made good by coming right back the same day until the issue was resolved. Will use again whenever I have a plumbing issue!!
