my Sarasota agent which I been with for there past few years never sent out a renewal nor have the been never be to helpful over the past few years so wanted a local agent but universal wanted a letter of no loss so got one filled it out and the agent told me they send me a policy letter so they could accept me as a client but that was misinformation as it turned out I had to call universal today to find out when I get it and it turns out After the letter is faxed in I have call universal and give my back account and check number the same day something I only learned today. so today I called them asking them to send out a second letter of no loss and they rudely flat out refused which is stupid to do
