I can recall my first visit to Ledbetter's, for someone who has some knowledge of auto repairs due to the fact that I did auto mechanic in high school and some technical school I thought I was an established mechanic, but after speaking with Ted and Mike I was overwhelmed by the knowledge and patience of these engineers, I felt as if I was in a German Automotive University. Not only are they good at what they do or reasonable, but they are honest and outspoken, one of the things that impressed me most is that they only use only genuine parts. They are my mechanics and I recommend them anytime!

I just had my 2000 S500 at Ledbetter's to have the hydraulic air shocks replaced. I was impressed with the knowledge and equipment they had. They spent the time to review my cars needs with me in everyday terms. The information much more understandable than at the dealership. Definitely a place I will bring my car back to!
great work at reasonable prices, they have worked on my Benz for 8 yrs., would not take my car anywhere else.....highly recommend
I was very impressed after talking to Mike at Ledbetter's he was very polite and honest, he took time out to explain in great detail about the repairs needed on my car, most of all he had never meet me or worked on my car, but he treated me as if i was a customer for many years. I just wanted to share how impressed and pleased I am with the Ledbetters. Not only is their work impeccable, but they are honest and trustworthy. Their rates are more than reasonable and very appropriate for the good work done. We have taken our E350 to them from the start and have never been anything less than 100% satisfied. I recommend Mercedes by Ledbetter's without any reservations.

Good work on my mercedes. the prices were good. the vehicle drove great after the work was done. I will be returning to their shop.
Excellent service! I was impressed with how thoroughly they explained the repairs I needed,at different shops the mechanic just ask to speak to my husband like I am an idiot! I will be back.
