My son who has a complex dental profile due to a congenital bone disease saw another pediatric dentist for 8 years. I was very unhappy with the continuous brush off I received and "everything looks good" year after year when it clearly wasn't. I was connected to Dr. Sierra through the USF craniofacial team and was impressed by his knowledge and compassion. Everything was NOT good and Dr. Sierra immediately made arrangements for admission to St. Josephs hospital for multiple extractions. We have been clients ever since and I now bring my daughter to him as well. The office is spotless, staff is friendly and kind. I refer all of my complex patients to him as well. We are very blessed to have found this dentist.

When I called the staff was not properly educated about all aspects to dentistry. This caused me to wait on the phone for 10 min so they could get someone slightly more educated. The lady was very rude and has absolutely no empathy towards my childs needs. My son was In pain and they refused to see him or treat him in anyway!! Very heartless to turn down a 5 year old in pain!

He is excellent with my special needs daughter... Other dentists told us we needed sedation for standard procedures. What we needed was a dentist with patience. Highly recommended.

He is the worst dentist my son could had ever seen, on the first appointment I was on the ST Pete bridge driving for 40 min already and i called to let then know I was going to be late 10 minutes, they didn't want to see me. Do we drove back and my husband missed that day of work. 2nd time they were very nice but the doctor did a terrible job. My son came out all fizzy and when I saw his front teeth fillings they were super long and croocked to the left, instead of straight. I started crying in the car after I bad checked out, I panicked. My husband went back in the office with my half asleep 3 year old, to get it FIXED. He said this: " nobody ever complains, your the first" my husband told him " he is my son, and it's his smile" the doctor let them both in there to get it fixed. A little better but the work didn't last. He always bleeds when we floss an brush his teeth(the fillings) he is always complaining. I called to let them know the fillings had broken after 3 months and they asked me if I had given him hard candy very impolitely. I told them it does not matter of I gave him a hard candy or a banana, the work was not good. I will never recommend no one there. My friends son got fillings and they were not done correctly either. I had a bad feeling about this doctor, and I certantly did have a bad experience, I would've sued him if I had the money. Hope this helps.

Great Dentist!!! I used to have an insane fear of the dentist, and his staff was so kind, as was Dr. Sierra. I've had teeth pulled, and cavities filled, and he was AMAZING!! :) He also doesn't want to waste your money, as he is conservative with corrective procedures, likes braces/ spacers, etc. He encourages waiting until further development, as sometimes, the problem is fixed on it's own, with time. Even getting a cleaning used to be a great fear of mine, and now, I no longer have that fear, thanks to Dr. Sierra, and his staff's Patience, and kindness. 5 out of 5 stars!! :)

Extremely kid friendly office. The staff is exceptional with my two (3 & 5). The best experience a child could have at a dentist office.

I highly recommend Dr. Sierra, he is great with kids and extremely knowledgeable. The staff has always been friendly and quick. I tried to find a dentist closer to my neighborhood in Lutz, but one visit was all it took to send me right back to Dr. Sierra. If you are looking for an intellectual dentist whose opinion you can trust, Dr. Sierra is your man.

OMG..I can't believe no one has written a review about Dr. Sierra. HE IS FANTASTIC, A++++We had another denist and our child had a lot of problems with her teeth. She was adopted from Russia. OUR denist recomended him because this was beyond his means. He has been our kids denist for 8 years. What a great guy, Great Denist, Great office staff. Robert and Connie Pinardi I know most our friends go to him as well and all love him.
