The flowers here are no better quality than buying flowers on the side of the road. And unfortunately, if you provide feedback, all you get are excuses and pretty much told you're lying about the flower choices and their appearance. Even the Manager Pat implies you're a liar when you elevate to her about wilted flowers. Never experienced such poor customer service in my life! I will never use Jennie's Flowers again and am on a mission to tell any and everyone to avoid this shop at all costs. There are way too many florists in Tampa that care about their customers and reputation. Steer clear of this flower "joint".

Biggest ripoff in Tampa. Made an order for a wreath by phone and was told that the cheapest starts at $150 in which I proceeded to make the purchase for two of them. To our surprise we were totally in shock to see

the size and guality of the wreath. Maybe a little bigger than a basketball in size and with no more than six roses, that is not worth even $100.

I've used several florists in Tampa over the years, but none can match the sheer artistry and quality of Jennies on West Columbus.



The store is packed with fresh domestic and tropical flowers and is arranged beautifully, the designers are actually working in the side studio as you make your purchase.



Pat Martinez, the manager, spent time talking to me about the design, size and cost of my wife's arrangement - I chose a seasonal spring mix and was happy with the price and Pat's description of what would be delievered.



When the arrangement arrived, it had obviously been personally designed with care and artistry that was beyond what I had paid for - the vase was packed with fresh spring flowers of pink, blue and white - complimented by the subtle greens of the baby's breath.



I am no expert, but I do know that this arrangement made my wife's day very special - the flowers lasted for close-on two weeks (helped along by the advice card that came with the arrangement).



Thank you Jennies for a wonderful job - the flowers were more than I expected.
