Our vinyl fence was installed by the Tampa store. I can truthfully say that my wife and I haven't been this pleased with a job in a very long time. The sales person ( Jason ) was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, showed samples of the material and explained the whole process of installation. We placed our order and installation was scheduled in a couple of weeks. That is when we had the pleasure of meeting Christian McCullers. He saw to it that the fence was installed properly and that we were completely satisfied with everything. It has indeed been a pleasure to do business with the Tampa branch of Fence Outlet ! I usually do not write reviews but after reading the reviews I went there, so I feel I should let everyone know. The prior reviews are full of Half truths and most likely posted by employees. looking for chain link fence parts. The sales ladies could not tell me the difference between a schedule 20 and schedule 40 post. They are nothing more than order takers. They might have decent prices if you know what you want but if needing advice you won't find it here.

I was not pleased with their services. I got the estimate on July 3, 2013, paid my down payment, check was cashed within 2 weeks and did not get my product (which was considered a small job) until August 6. Actually as I am writing this (Aug 6) I am still waiting for service. Was told it could be 5 or 6:00 pm before they come to my house today.

I was in need of fencing and went to Fence Outlet for some help. I must say that in todays sales enviroment customer service is few and far between. My wife and I just moved to the area and had no idea what were our fencing options. Apon arriving we were greeted by one of the female managers. She looked to be very busy but spent all the time we needed explaining our options and about the products on display. We ended up purchacing a new vinyl fence for another young lady at the counter but have to say it was the patience and customer service that sold our fence. Thank you Tina and team for all our help.

We received a good quote and the salesman Ryan was very knowledgable about their products. Unfortunately, my husband and I both lost our jobs and were not able to go through with the fence installation. I contacted our salesperson, they were sympathetic to our situation and refunded our deposit. I would definitely recommend Fence Outlet to friends and neighbors. Overall, I had a good experience with this company and appreciate their consideration.

went to buy fence that is the super sale on web site and the sales girls do not know fence. Must have hired them for looks. It's funny how I was looking at fence last year and was told the bracket style fence was junk and now here they are selling it. Funny what one will do for profit. I'll shop else where, and the prices are higher than some of the other companies.

Just bought my material from Fence Outlet. I had priced the material from other stores but this is the first company who not only gave me a step by step installation guide but also gave me the production managers phone number in case we ran into problems. Great customer service! Any fencing needs and I know where I will be going. Thank you Christian and team for a great experiance.

Had my fence installed yesterday and I am very pleased to say I got a beautiful fence at a fair price. I did get three estimates and Fence outlet was right in the middle. The Company that was lower (once I checked) did not have a licence or insurance. I cant believe companys try to work without a licence.... I not only will but already did refer Fence Outlet to a member of my home owners association this morning when he stopped by to admire my new fence. Great job guys and Thank you for a job well done. I was very pleased with my experience with the Fence Outlet from start to finish. Jason, the sales rep who came to do the estimate was very professional and knowledgeable. The install went smoothly and the finish product was exactly what I wanted. A problem arose with a neighbor after install and the company did not hesitate to come back out and fix it AT THEIR EXPENSE. I have already recommended Fence Outlet to a friend because of my good experience. I read the reviews listed before mine and have to wonder if the negative comments were made by competitors because my experience was nothing like they described. Stay away from these guys. They were supposed to complete the work a month ago, and still not done. It was only about 45 feet of fence. Many broken promises, and no results. Will have to get someone else to complete the job.

This company is a fraud. I went to buy fence for my home seeing on their website that they have one on sale. But they refused to give me the one they had on their website, and instead substituted it for an inferior one. When I asked for an estimate, they just gave me a huge lumsum price, and declined to give me an itemised estimate. There was no way of knowing how much they were charging and for what. Very shoddy business practice. I shall never go back there. Buyers beware!

I just had my fence install by Fence Outlet in Tampa. Owning my own company I deal with contractors daily and must say what a pleasure it was dealing with Fence Outlet. They installed my fence in one day like promissed and it looks great. I will be passing theie name to a few neighbors who are in need of work. Great Job Guys!

I am very pleased with my decision to chose Fence outlet in Tampa to install my new fence. Having saved for this purchace for along time I feel confident that the money I spent was put to good use. After checking with the BBB I decided to call and get an estimate. The estimator showed up on time and answered all my questions. There were several houses in my subdivision with Fence Outlet fences so it was nice to see there work before I desided. Great investment! Great Decision!

I am a first time home owner who was in the market for a new fence and like everyone else was on a budget. I had received two other estimates and Fence Outlet was the lowest by a few hundred dollars. The estimator Jason was very knowledgeable and always returned my calls with a positive attitude. I went in the show room first and the staff was so helpful (even offered me a cold glass of water on a hot day). The owner introduced himself and made sure all my questions were answered before I had left. I feel confident in the desision i made and love my new fence. Even have a life time warranty on my vinyl fence. Would definitely recommend. As a cautious consumer after reading some of the reviews I felt the need to share my story. T. Powell

Took 2 tries at my installation to get it correct. Very poor attitude.

Can not reccomend to friends and family. Company said one thing did another. Estimator was not knowledgable, Spoke to an owner and felt belittled. Product is ok but that is the only thing that gave them 2 stars.

Company is full of lies. the product is so cheap in quality they wont install what they sell. they low ball you and then stick it to you when it comes time for the work to begin. I would not recomend them to anybody not even my ex boss.
