Glad I decided to go with Orthodontic Specialists over another local orthodontist in the area. The staff/DR has been great with my daughter, and she is not an easy patient to say the least. The $300 off and low monthly payments were good for my pockets as well. We are a few months away from getting her braces off and we couldn't be more thrilled.

This place has gone down in the last few years. My oldest had his braces done 4 years ago, it was a great business. My daughter has had them on for 32 months when we were told 24 months at the most. Hard to talk to the orthodontist, was even told that my daughter lied to me when she said it would only be Dec. and come to find out it would have been only Dec.. Getting an appointment also is a hassle. We were told at the beginning that we would have to alternate am and pm...well 5 out 6 times we got 9:40am and appt. lasting more than 1h15m,. I think that they do not realize that parents work. In today's business, this is ridiculous. My family dentist has also stop recommending them. I am at a point that I am going ahead and signing a waiver (I think that is what they wanted in the end because they can not deliver a final product) to get them off her.
