UPS was to have delivered a new DSL modem from Century link that was over night delivery. It was to arrive either Friday or Monday depending on actual time of pick up. Since it did not arrive Friday I waited all day Monday. The UPS truck went flying by one entrance to my drive way then turned right toward I-10 and I never saw him again. Tried Customer Service for UPS but there are no people only machines with a set menu that can not change. The other option is the package was delivered to my PO BOX. If I find it was not left there Tuesday morning I will charge UPS with stealing the package. Considering all the items delivered over the past 15 to 20 years there is no reason UPS would not know the location.

Drivers speeding dangerously through Betton Hills.

No attemp was made i seen when the driver rode pass speeding and after i noticed my tracking service said attempt tried i was outside when the driver rode pass there wasn't even an attempt note was left like it was supposed to be done so i would like the overnight fee reimbursed or that driver need to be in trouble because that is not fair to the customers that pay extra for overnight delivery. I use to work as a driver helper I know the procedure on attempts and it was not professional

worst service I have ever experienced, was told a package would be delivered by a certain time due to a prior problem and driver never showed up.

Worst service ever. I will never use them again. My package was supposed to be delivered by 12pm. We stayed home until 4pm. They came at 5:32pm and I was not home. I called them with in 20mins of them leaving and per customer service the driver didn't answer. Gave her my # so they can call me within the hour. Instead of calling the # I gave they claim they were calling a toll free # from which I order. I didn't talk to anyone for 3 hours then my local office closed at 8pm and they don't work on weekends. I hate UPS and will never order from them again

I received a package that was left at my gate and not delivered directly to my home when I called to complain I was told it was my job to make sure this did not happen by going to my choice which I already have in place. I am sure it had to be a sub because my reg guy always brings my items to my home. This needs to be addressed espically because of the time of year it is. I found the UPS service to be unacceptable. The UPS InfoNotice left at my gate stated that the driver would deliver the package between 2 and 5 pm on Thursday. I took off work to get home at 1:45 only to find that the driver had been here at 1:15 pm. When I called the office I was told that 2 to 5 "was only an estimate". If a 3-hr interval is "only an estimate", then how should I know how long I should wait--a day?, 2 days?, a week? We estimate points, not 3-hr intervals. Now UPS sent the package back to the sender. I think UPS is very unreliable and I will avoid using them in the future.

The UPS in Tallahassee staff is always very helpful. The staff allowed me to wait inside during the holidays even after closing until the driver arrived back to the station with my package. There was another time I wasn't able to sign for a package because I was out of town. They found an alternative. I can't forget about my international shipments as well. Superior customer service and very friendly staff.

Went to the Hartsfield location to pickup a package was not able to locate package Manager David said if I did not mind waiting he would try and locate the package a min later he had the package very helpful and nice staff UPS has working for them.

A package was to arrive at my residence, I could not be there to sign for it. I called the Tallahassee Hartsfield Rd UPS location to find an alternative. They arranged pick-up at Hartsfield Rd at a convenient time for me. They were quick and very efficient when arranging this pick-up. I am very pleased. Thank you once again UPS, you always come through for me.

Finally got my package; the "Manager" at Hartsfield had opened it. When asked why he opened it, he replied, "I have the authority to open any package and I had to determine if everything was in there." But, he had no idea what was suppose to be in the package.

I'd rate zero stars if allowed...asked to have a package held, went to pick it up and they had NO IDEA where it was; said they would call me and 20+ hours later they have yet to call. Use FedEx instead or even USPS, but don't use UPS.
