- Corporate LawWilliam D. Anderson was born in Dover, New Hampshire on January 28, 1958. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of South Florida in 1980, majoring in Political Science. He received his J.D. with high honors, from the Florida State University College of Law in 1989. Between college and law school, Mr. Anderson was a navigator in the United States Air Force. In law school, he was a member of Law Review and won a half dozen book awards. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in September of 1989 and has been practicing continuously since admission. His early practice focused on corporate law and appeals, but since 1999 he was worked exclusively in the areas of automobile liability defense and workers’ compensation defense. In his spare time, Mr. Anderson is a certified yoga instructor and volunteers with the Humane Society and other local organizations to help find homes for animals.

- Workers CompensationChristopher John DuBois was born in Arlington, Virginia on July 1, 1955. He attended Radford University, where he received a B.S. in Criminal Justice, with honors, in 1977. Christopher attended Florida State University and received a M.S. in Criminology in 1978. He then worked for the Tallahassee Police Department as a patrol officer, investigator and T.A.C. member. Christopher received his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from Florida State University in 1989. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989. He was a member of Phi Delta Phi, Omicron delta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, and American Inns of Court. He was also the recipient of the Tragos, Logsdon & Salton Book Award. Christopher has extensive litigation experience and his area of concentration is workers' compensation defense. He is a certified instructor by the Department of Insurance and has been a speaker at the Workers' Compensation Educational Conference.

She received a B.A. in Liberal Studies from the University of South Florida in 1987 and a J.D. from Florida State University in 1991. Mary was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991. During the course of her practice, Mary has expanded her areas of expertise to include workers’ compensation defense, personal injury defense and appellate practice. She has argued on behalf of employers and carriers before the Florida Supreme Court and the First District Court of Appeal. She has extensive experience at both the trial and appellate levels, and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mary was appointed by the Florida Bar to the Appellate Rules Committee in 1997 and served on that committee for two years. She chaired the Northwest Florida Chapter of the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, Inc. for five years and continues her work with that organization. She also served on the Board of the Tallahassee Claims Association for several years, and volunteers to assist law students prepare for Moot Court Competitions. She speaks regularly at educational seminars conducted for both private and public entities.
