Mark was very courteous and wasted no time in getting to work on the problem. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replace the broken pump. He explained what the problem was and what to look for with future problems. He also verified that the pump was still under warranty for replacement which saved me money. He is an excellent example of what is expected of a service person who comes to your home.

Kliemann Brothers tech Mark W. replaced a condenser/blade on June 25th. He had discovered that it was leaking when he was doing a semi annual check up on the A/C unit earlier in the week. He was once again both professional & friendly. We would ask for him again if we need any more work done.
