Great prices, great food, great staff. This is how I balance my budget since we retired. We are having ham, fresh asparagus, Idaho potatoes all from GO for Easter. All at bargain prices. Go bargains!

I have recently discovered the Tacoma location, and I have to say that I am very impressed. This is not what I expected the store to be, and that is a good thing! The staff is very friendly, the customers (for the most part) are clean and not at all 'ghetto' looking, and the prices are pretty amazing. Yes, some of the 'deals' are not such a good deal after all, but for the most part there are very real savings. I cut my weekly grocery bill from an average of $150 a week down to $72 on the first week. I recommend the fresh produce, although some of it is clearly at the tail end of it's freshness. You just don't buy it if it is not going to be eaten in the next few days. I don't buy the toiletries for the most part, unless I find a name brand. The frozen and canned foods are very affordable. Milk, eggs, butter, cereals, and bread, which have all skyrocketed in price at the chain supermarkets, are all very low priced here, too. True, the selection here is not what it is elsewhere, and you are never sure if you will find what you are looking for; but in those cases you just visit the more expensive stores for what Grocery Outlet does not have.

I agree with the other reviews you can find great deals here, but don't plan on finding the same thing twice.

This is a great place to pick up some good deals but you can not always rely on them having what you want. So it is fun to go and look at what you can get, but you can not go there with a huge shopping list and expect to find everything.

This store is a great place to find awesome deals! A lot of their stock changes daily, so if you find something that you really like, stock up because they might not have it again! I go to this store first so that if they don't have something I need, I can pick it up at the regular grocery store.

Although you can never rely on something you want being there every week- THE PRICE IS RIGHT!###Frugal, adventurous, poor, rich! There's nearly always a great deal.

Grocery outlet can have great deals on groceries, usually including seriously reduced organic prodcuts. The selection can be unpredictable, so it's not the best for one-stop grocery shopping. I recommend dropping by if the location isn't inconvenient.
