      North Syracuse Central School District governs several elementary, middle, junior-high and high schools. It serves the communities of North Syracuse, Clay, Cicero, Bridgeport, Mattydale and Hindsdale in New York. The district, located in North Syracuse, N.Y., offers a variety of programs to meet the varied needs of students, including academic intervention services, early and elementary education, Native American Education, English as a Second Language, summer program, general equivalency diploma and career education. Its Native American Education program provides tutoring services for Native American students who need additional instruction and provide cultural experiences for their families. The district s core curriculum includes English, language arts, mathematics, science, social studies and foreign languages. It also provides courses in technology education, family and consumer science, health education and wellness, and physical and business education.
