Butler did my board on board fence and my chain link fence. They were prompt and professional . 2 years after one of the boards became damaged ( by me ) and they came right out and fixed it at no charge to me ! I did get a lesson about weed whacking with a fence. I am very happy with this local company.

Incompetent residential fence company despite long history in Syracuse. This company installed a pool fence for me and left 1-2 inch spaces between the posts and fence sections because they did not use post brackets per the contract. I have pictures and a written contract proving they did not follow through. After three attempts to fix their mistakes the fence looks terrible and is a very poor reflection of their company. I would not trust this company to do a professional job because they just don't understand pool fencing. They may be fine with commercial fences but they don't understand proper fit and finish. Stay away from this company.

We are members of the Syracuse Builders Exchange, the Better Business Bureau and the American Fence Association. Commercial and residential sales personnel are available Monday through Saturday to answer any questions you may have, or to set up an appointment for an estimate at your home, business or job site. Our estimates are always free and our qualified sales personnel can discuss the many options available for your fence needs. For commercial estimates that are a distance away where an appointment would not be practical, we can provide our Federal Express number so that we may review your plans. Our scheduling department and our experienced staff of installers take it from there until completion. We are fully insured and can provide insurance certificates. All of our work conforms to local town codes including pool fence installations. The scope of our residential work is from Pulaski to the NY-PA line on the north and south and from Geneva to the west of Little Falls in the east.
