Even 1 star is too much for this place. Poor customer service, really bad quality food, most of the times I have been there the dinning room is dirty. I can't recommend this store to my love ones at all. -- Kevin Permut .

Horrible. When I ordered the family meal, they cheat you and don't give you the 8 pieces of chicken as they are suppose to. Either that, they need to hire sharper personnel. I don't like it when I arrive home and ready to eat my favorite two pieces and it is not there and theygive 4 drumsticks instead...YES...I made SURE it was not the thigh and drumstick special, I was suppose to get 2 of each. Anyway, I am writing this email becuz although I wanted to go back and chew out the manager it is Sunday Nite and I am tired but am writing this becuz this branch has done this twice to me...
