      Nice store with quality products. Customer service is terrible. I purchased a bagging kit for my Cub Cadet riding mower and paid an extra $50 to have the mower picked-up (within 10 miles) for Covered Wagon to install the bagger. First time I used the mower I noticed the cover was tilted and not closing properly. Called Covered Wagon no less than 5 times. I was told it would cost me another $50 for them to pick-up the mower again to look at it. I think it could be resolved within minutes if someone would take the time to stop by and check it. I paid $500+ for this bagger. I don't want to try to fix it because they will probably tell me that I BROKE SOMETHING. I have been getting the run around for 3 months now, telling me that when someone is in my neighborhood they will let me know. It is February with no snow, they should certainly have time before their busy season when spring arrives. (I will probably be told that they are too busy!)
