Well how is that i am so unlucky? I just dont get it. On 11-13-14 I got and get a muffler installed on my car. On 12-10-15 I take it back because the muffler sounds like a little sports car. Find out the baffles are blown and they replace it. Here it is 11-1-16 and its doing it again. Take it back up there and they tell me they are not going to honor their warranty. Umm what..they tell me my car must be backfiring or i ran into something. Umm you inspected the muffler right? does it look like it was run into anything? He responds no. Well, it must be backfiring then he says and we will have to do an inspection on it. I told him my car is not backfiring your mufflers your selling are a piece of crap. So, they wouldnt warranty. So, im warning everyone not to go to Speedy Muffler & Brake in Swartz Creek they dont stand behind what they sell.

Rip off!! I took my 2008 Dodge Avenger there with a whine noise coming from the serpentine belt area. They said it needed 3 new pulleys and maybe an alternator after $240 for 3 unneeded pulleys it had the same noise and then they said another $400 for the alternator.



So I took it somewhere else they charged me $254 for my alternator and said it was a easy diagnosis.

Thought I needed an alignment as my car was pulling to the left. They were quick on getting my car in, decided to take my left tire and put it on the right to see if it still pulled left. It didn't, it pulled to the right now. Tire is the cause. No charge from the shop for the test drive and swapping the tires. I will be back to them when I need more work!.
