      Don't stay here. I'm handicapped and my parents made a reservation for Aug 3-5 in Swansboro NC hotel for a funeral. After traveling all day, the desk clerk said that we didn't have a reservation and there was a reservation made for Aug 2 only. We did get rebooked at Holiday Inn Express 20 miles away and it wasn't a handicapped room! No refunds from Hampton Inn to make amends for this inept reservation isn't. And get this, we weren't the only ones that this Aug 2 booking happened to. This couple with a couple small children had no reservation. They were rebooked where we were. This shouldn't happen to anyone
