Our experience was great! Our water heater broke during the recent blizzard, and Waldman sent out help the very next day. Alex was phenomenal. By the end of the day, we had a new water heater installed. Service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!

Waldman Plumbing has been fantastic to work with, and I highly recommend them. We were without heat and needed to replace a heat system that would have been "old" in Fred Flinstones' house. Jeff and Tim bent over backwards to get started immediately, and get the job done right. They were both great about answering my many questions, and came back to the house for follow up visits after the installation, to check on things and make minor adjustments to ensure everything was running smoothly and efficiently. This has been such a great customer experience. Great people. Great work. Very professional.

Alex was GREAT!! He is a nice, professional young man that knows his business...Very impressive!! On a personal note, if he didn't throw away the bathroom towel rack and hardware, I would lik it back, as my wife promised it to someone else. The telephone responder was very pleasant and efficient....quite professional!!! WOULD RECCOMEND WALMAN PLUMBING!!!!!

Waldman Plumbing's three employees took the extra, more difficult step in my half bathroom to save an existing built-in cabinet. I also appreciate the fact that even though I had already paid for work accomplished they came back when they promised to complete the job.

Service was prompt; David explained things and was able to line up an additional person (Paul) in order to remove hot water heater. Heater was removed with no mess (much appreciated!). Everything working fine now.

I've used Waldman for numerous plumbing repairs--but most recently Michelle helped me organize getting my new washer and dryer installed (which involved a lot of logistics with the delivery company--she was SO helpful!). Pete & Dave did the job as well as re-installing a sink that had been removed weeks before because of a flooring issue I'd been having. they were both personable, polite, super helpful (I'm one of those customers who will follow the service guys around, asking a million questions--they were great teaching me all about the ins & outs of how my plumbing works, which I really appreciate) and they helped me figure out how to place my washer and dryer when it turned out I'd measured wrong and a pedestal had to be removed at the last minute to make sure it fit. The whole company has been responsive and helpful each time I've used them and I know I will call on them again in the future (pipes are old in my house, so I know I'll be calling for the occasional replacement).

Peter B. was my Service Pro - and he came on a Saturday morning to deal with a leaking/dripping water tank. He was very professional, described the cause of the problem and solution options. I picked a new water tank; he proceeded to present cost options and even told me about a $50 off coupon on the web. Completed the job pretty quickly and very neatly. Excellent experience.

Alex did a great job. He demonstrated great Customer Service skills. He explained the repair options to me in a very knowledgeable, caring way. He was very personable and very nice.

Pete was fantastic. Did a fast and incredible job repairing/replacing a pipe valve that had a gas leak. he checked all gas appliances to make sure they worked after the repair and rechecked for any more gas leaks. NOT up to him only cringe was the price was much higher then expected BUT the work was done with perfection

Waldman Plumbing and Heating is the best company to work with. I have known them for many years and the service they provide is outstanding. They always recommed xcellent products and their workmen are meticulous when they come out to my house to do a job. Tim, Dave and Paul have all helped me out over the years and they do fantastic work. Most recently my bathroom faucet handle literally fell off the faucet and they were able to come out and fix it that day. In addition they installed my hard wired dehumidifier and my on demand hot water system. The office staff is terrific, professional and pleasant. They are simply the best!

Tim and Andy did an excellent job in installing a new tankless water heater. They were courteous and helpful in answering my questions. Jeff was also very helpful in answering my questions which helped in making my decision regarding which product to install.
