I went to this place yesterday. I purchased a couple of things including a roof antenna. When the manager handed me the box I noticed that the box looked like it had been opened already and then hastily taped back together. I said it looks like this box was returned already I'd like another one please. She replied " I know for certain that it is not a return it came to the store like that". When I got home, it was immediately obvious that someone had attempted to install it already as there were dings and scratches all over. I also noticed that some of the hardware was missing too.



They obviously lied to me.



But that's not all. When I returned the antenna I noticed they had a tablet for sale for 99.00. So I decided to purchase it since it seemed like a good deal. I used it for about an hour when I noticed that it was starting to get sluggish. when I tried to launch apps etc. it would do nothing unless I pressed a little hard on the screen. It was doing this for a while when I put it down. I picked it back up about 20 min later and the tablet was locked. And when I tried to slide the lock open it didn't respond at all. So I tried pressing a little harder like before to get it to move but it still didn't move, I tried again and then the screen broke. So I went back today and told the manager what happened. She immediately said, " there is no way that it happened that way you must of broke it " I reiterated that I didn't brake it, it was froze up and I was only trying to get it to unlock. The screen lock was smack in the middle of the crack and it was obvious to anyone that it broke because it was locked up, not the other way around. She said " there is no way that the screen was locked up, I demoed these tablets myself and never had a problem, the reason it was locked up was because you broke the screen"



No matter how obvious it was that it was the screen that locked first because of where the crack was located. I said why would I purposely brake the phone? because it would have to be some coincident if the crack was smack in the middle where the screen lock was.



She told me that she would not refund my money. and she said if I had purchased the warranty we could give you a refund. I said what? because when your salesman yesterday offered me the warranty I expressly asked him if it covered accidental damage and he said "NO only manufacturer defects."



She said no it covers accidental damage too. So needless to say at this point I was just beside myself and left



P.S. both days I was at this store there were other customers there but only one was buying and all the others where doing returns.......



Keep your money and stay away from these liars and thieves.
