Horrible experience, poor handling and attitude of Owner Chris Brown. After purchasing cedar, we later found that one of the 6x6x12 had two spits in it. We called to the store and informed Co-Owner Amy Brown of the situation, she told us we could come and exchange the piece. We had started to resurface this piece but slightly. Once we arrived Mr. Chris brown came out to inspect the damaged piece and immediately expressed himself with very poor character. In spite of piece being damaged he refused to exchange the cedar because we had slightly surfaced it, even though he also sells surfaced cedar. Chris Brown is not someone that should be dealing with the public as he is not fit for handling situations with Diplomacy. Clearly his heart / life is soured and it overflows onto dealing with the public. It is for this reason he should hire and use his team for dealing with the public. My Company and I will not be doing business with the Fence Supply again.

These guys treated me GREAT after lots of fence people treated me terribly. I had a small repair job on a vinyl fence. I must have talked to at least 6 other companies trying to get either the materials or the work done, but by the way I couldn't get anyone to return calls I could tell they didn't think there was enough money in it for them. Well one call in to Fence Supply Inc and Joe had me email him some pictures of the parts of the fence. He called me back shortly after receiving the pics and let me know they could modify some of their parts to match my existing fence. The next day the parts were ready for pickup and I was able to easily install it myself in less than 30 minutes. Meanwhile I had spent well over a week trying to get other companies to get this done. I guarantee I'm going back here any time I need something fence related. Problem solved.

Chris Brown and the Fence Supply Inc. team did an incredible job in creating and fabricating several structures for our Student Ministry area. They pulled together several types of materials to form "moving walls", game stations, information stations and rolling AV stands. The designs were perfect for the industrial design of the space. In addition, the quality of work and materials have been able to withstand the brutal treatment of weekly activities and re-setting that occurs with the ministry to teenagers and usage by other ministries in our church. Since the installation of this ministry area, a number of churches and businesses have toured the site and have raved about the structures that Chris created. Everyone that enters this area continues to comment about how incredible the structures are. Chris' willingness to utilize his creativity and resources has richly blessed the lives of many. A few months ago I was searching for fence materials to build a new cedar fence to replace the old worn out one for my home here in Dallas, TX. I called Fence Supply Inc and they were very helpful. I spoke with Jason and he walked me through the whole design process and made sure I had all my posts, rails, caps, and everything else I would need to tackle this project on my own including the concrete! A+ service from start to finish. The guys in the loading yard were super helpful and loaded all the materials into my truck for me. I had some questions even after the sale and they were super helpful with explaining how to build a gate properly for a weekend warrior like me.
