0After heater went out, I contacted a so-called highly rated firm. This firm was totally incapable of being prompt, communicative or able to fix my heater. I received flak about the "old age" of my heater, and how parts may not be available. A part which supposedly was bad needed to be ordered. I was left without heat for 48 hrs. The next tech installed the newly ordered regulator at a price of $740.00. After spending all day installing and testing over and over, heater still didn't work. Tech said another tech would be here in the morning to continue work. That tech arrived at 1:30pm and stayed till nightfall but still could not fix heater. He tested as well and came uoo with a faulty relay as the culprit. Unfortunately the heater was "so old" that they would have to scour the country for a replacement. The tech left in early evening and told me someone would contact me if they found the the part. I was left without heat for a fourth night, in February. The next day I waited but no one contacted me all day. Frustrated with this company's apathy, I contacted TDR Heating & Air. Within hours, TDR had a suitable used replacement for my old heater installed up and running !!

Santos is a very fair and trustworthy man. He's upfront with his prices, and is prompt on service calls. The AC I got from his came with a warranty which I was really impressed by.
My family and I have used TDR for years. We have had hired them for multiple properties of ours for A/C repair, drywall repair, electrical installations, plumbing, and much more. Santos has personally done much of the work himself, always an honest and happy family man. We trust him, and recommend TDR to all of our friends and family. He even gave us a great deal on a rebuilt A/C unit, AND he gave us a warranty with it! -Excellent workmanship.
We are a 5 year customer of TDR Construction (Santos Torres) for our home and rental properties. Santos is very reasonably priced, for all services, great clean up and very timely. We have used and continue to use his services for Heating and Air Condition repair and replacement, electrical, plumbing and Gas repairs and even other general Handy Man work. Santos is very honest and always does a stellar job.
