0December of 2015 was not a happy time for my husband and I. On the 4th I lost my precious Mother. Steve Arnett at Legacy was our Funeral Director. He offered the most compassionate and professional service that I have ever witnessed. Two weeks later my husband's father passed away in a nearby state. After seeing how this sensitive and painful time was handled by this other funeral home, it further cemented my gratitude for Steve Arnett and how loving and kind he dealt with our family at this very difficult time. To be specific on his professionalism...we knew exactly what the cost would be, and he honored every request made by our family. On the other hand, my mother in law is now burdened with over $2,000 in additional unexplained costs. I believe they had taken advantage of this good woman at a time of her deepest suffering by telling her not to worry and that they would 'work' with her. Legacy is an honest, compassionate, professional funeral home.
Todd Allan at Legacy Funeral Home went out of his way to accomodate my Grandfather. During such bad times it's nice to know there are people like Todd to help make our experience run as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Todd Allan and Legacy Funeral Home for any family looking for as easy a process as possible during such troubling times.
