Great storage facility, very clean. The manager Ryan was very Helpful...would definitely recommend!

gates never seem to work right, weather entering or leaving. said i had 24 hr access but went there 10 pm and access denied. never late on payments. said it was a glitch. also will not pro-rate any portion so if you need a few days after the 1st to get moved, too bad. either pay the whole month or get out early. also must give written 30 days notice to vacate.

After U-Haul totally botched our truck reservation (sent email confirmation, but did not provide a pick-up location), we spent over an hour on U-Haul's hotline without getting an opportunity to speak to a human being. We ultimately were able to make contact with U-Haul's regional office in Savannah, GA, only to learn that there were no trucks to be had in the Summerville, SC area. Justin at Storesmart saved the day for us. We explained the situation, and he took over from there. We ran other errands while Justin dealt with U-Haul, and he was able to provide us a truck that, by luck, had just been dropped off. We couldn't be happier with the service we received, which certainly rates 5 stars. We recommend Justin and the staff at Storesmart without reservation. Jim & Debbie Florida

i.eInitially they seem to be a good company to use, however first impressions are deceiving. Just went there to retrieve some of MY items and the gate code doesn't work. Apparently they locked us out on the first of the month at the close of business because we had not dropped off the rent. According to their policies rent is due on the first, late fee assessed on the 5th and the accrual of more late fees beyond that. NO WHERE does it state that you will be locked out if not absolutely paid on the 1st. The rent is not even a month in arrears, yet they make the decision to lock me out and confiscate my belongings for being less than 2 weeks late AND they didn't even have the decency to notify me! But yet you are required to provide a 30 day written notice that you intend to vacate. Something is seriously wrong with this picture. PLEASE look elsewhere to store your belongings, the practices of this company are very questionable..,
