This company is INCOMPETENT and FRAUDULENT. I called in need of a dryer repair, and they sent someone out the same day that I called - and they told me I needed two parts and I had to pay for the parts upfront (~$369) - they cashed the check immediately (interestingly now, they would not take a credit card). It has now been 17 days since their initial visit, and they have not shown for five scheduled repair dates - I have called them at least 25 times, and only once did I get a person, and once an answering machine - every other time their voice mail was full (including on days when they didn't show and I was calling to see what's up). Every time I talked with the main person, he told me a different story: the parts aren't here, then the parts were there - and then another day they weren't, we couldn't repair it because his guy left the parts in Summerville and he can't drive back to get them, they left a phone message saying they couldn't get it on someone else's phone mail, they didn't have your phone number - you name it, the excuse was given. I think this company is criminal and should not be in business - finally after waiting for the second Saturday for a repair person and not hearing a word, I left a message saying I was done with them.... and wouldn't you believe it? The main guy called me the next day (obviously he doesn't listen to his phone messages) and says he might have an opening - and gave me another group of excuses ("it was a special order part", "the guy didn't have your number on Saturday", etc) - and when I said I wanted reimbursement for the parts he refused, and when I said I would see him in Small Claims Court he said "fine, I'm immune from that" and he hung up on me. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CON ARTISTS AND CRIMINALS. (They don't deserve any stars - but I had to give them one to leave this review).

DO NOT CALL THEM! With over 17 years of managment I have never worked with a company like this one. Any good reviews are obviously written by the owner /con Stan. He took a machine to his shop for repairs, he had it for over three months and returned the unit that he said was repaired. He DROPPED IT OFF ON THE FRONT STEPS of a vacant home without an appointment. I had to have soemone else install it. It did NOT work, was empty of freon and leaked oil when he dropped it off. He is a liar, cheat and a scam, call any other repair company but this one, mark my words!!! Check with the BBB, the facts are there, he has an F- rating, and he earned it for sure. Would haev given him a negative score on this site, but the option ws not there.

I was very pleased for the work they performed. at 4:30pm november 23rd my stove had failed on me. I had 2 more turkeys to bake and my oven. i was in a great catastrophy so i was calling factory srvice for my Jen-air stove, half the numbers they gave me to call companys, they eitther couldnt show up or they are behind. so i looked in the yellow pages and found sos. i called stan had answered and he said their was a truck in mount pleasant. they showed up within 30 min. a technician arived very young . i thought here we go thanks giving is over, he wiped his feet at the door and presented his name as joe and handed buisness card. we went right to the stove and he pulled my stove apart, so i got more nervous, he went to his truck, came back with a little part, he put it back together. within 35 min i was back to cooking. Me and my family was very pleased with the work performed. my grandfather said never judge a book by its cover. for such a young man, i was very impressed. well done sos ill recomend you to my friends and family.
