At my initial appointment I had to wait an hour and a half and as far as I got was getting my vitals done; I left because after that long of wait i hadn't been seen by a doctor. The 5 people who came in behind me were seen before I was ever called to get my vitals. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I asked what time I would be seen and I was told it was taking so long because they had to make my chart. I was there 15 minutes early for this very reason, so this shouldn't have been an excuse. When I left after the hour and a half I told them why I was leaving, and I didn't even get an apology for them wasting my time. Very poor patient service. the only good thing I have to say is that the person who took my vitals was friendly, polite, and very efficient.
