GreAt service with a smile

Barrel - excellent gift shop but better meal. Waitress helpful with southern selections and ice tea was flavorful with sides served at once and not dragged out. Waitress checked in several times and the price was affordable with good size portions. Will go again

I was unhappy with food at this location ,the manager said he would fix it and didn't.

I ordered take out and called it in prior to going to pick up. I had to wait 15 minutes for the food to be ready, and the restaurant wasn't at all crowded. It had taken me 10 minutes to drive to the restaurant, so total prep time almost 30 minutes. I should have checks the order prior to,leaving, but didn't. My dessert was missing, and when I went back to,get it, that took another 15 minutes because they had to cut the cake. Who knew it took so,long to cut cake. I did not get an apology for their mistake but was instead told "you should check orders before you leave." My tea was wrong. I asked repeatedly for UNsweet tea, but guess what. It was sweet. I was not going back a third time to,get that fixed.,lets just say I will never, ever go to this Cracker Barrel again.

Food was not hot (some of it was actually cold) and not freshly made. Worst Cracker Barrel I have ever eaten at. Only reason I gave two stars is because the waitress was good. And somehow, the potions shrunk! The prices stayed the same though!
