      Fix well

      We are not happy with the service or rudeness of the staff(Robert). He told us that he thought the pipe might have a crack in it or motor might be bad. So he roughly pulled out the pipe and it broke off of the well motor. Then, AFTER charging us $65. to come out, $55. an hour labor( was only here for 2 hours and several minutes and charged us for 3), and a well tank for $445.......He tells us that their company's machine is broken so it will be a week before he can come back to fix what he broke(could have mentioned this before doing the job.)....leaving us 1 week without water! After we paid him and said that we will have to get someone else to finish before that, he said"I didn't want to do this job anyway!" He also said, "That's just how things happen!" The head secretary said, "Oh well that's the way it is." We would NOT recommend this compay to our worst enemy!

      We have had earl's well service for the past 10 years, on about 6 calls.They have always responded promply.Their repair men have been curtious, fast and knowledgable. I would recommend Earl's to any one in need of well service or supplies.
