Chris, the owner, called before he came, as he said he would, to confirm best time as he was on other jobs. I had hired him to install covers on my septic as I was tired of the whole area being dug up every time I had the septic pumped. He did an amazing and neat job. He mentioned I didn't have a filter on the clean side and a filter keeps little solids from entering the clean side, which would then enter the drain field. He said the pipe on the clean side was leaning and very difficult to install a filter on. But he did some changes and work to make it work and he installed a filter. All this should have cost a lot as he was at my house for hours, but his bill was so reasonable, I couldn't believe it. I plan to only use Chris in the future. He took care to do everything well and gave me lots of options.

Chris was an absolutely wonderful to work with! He was very flexible as well as fast with getting a job done on a bit of short notice, especially being around the holidays. No fault of his own, he had to go back a second time to this property and he was very generous and kind about having to do so! He stayed in contact the entire time!
