The facility has three dry-docks ranging from 1,960 to 2,450 tons and a rail system rated for 400 tons. Bollinger Calcasieu is one of 14 shipyards owned and operated by Bollinger Shipyards, one of the foremost providers of marine repair and conversion services. In addition, the company is among the leading providers of new construction services to the energy, commercial and government marine markets in the Gulf of Mexico region. The company has been family owned and operated since 1946. Its main business is in the repair, conversion and new construction of a wide variety of small to medium-sized offshore and inland vessels. Bollinger provides a wide variety of dry-docks and services for both shallow and deepwater vessels and rigs.
