Prosperity Mortgage Corporation does not care about family values. They bought a home in our subdivision and leased it out to a towing company who houses their employees. The renters park their tow trucks and other commercial vehicles in the driveway and streets making the neighborhood unsafe for little kids and bringing down our home values. Our HOA bylaws specifically states homes in our neighborhood are for single family dwelling. Prosperity Mortgage Corporation is only concerned with profit and could care less how their decisions affect the daily lives of hard working families. Greed.
