I had a terrible experience here. My first cleaning with them, they chipped a piece of my retainer. When I went back a few days later to show them, the doctor stormed out the room upset with me as if I wrongly accused them. I was never even upset with it being chipped, I just wanted a way to fix it so it didn’t feel painful and uncomfortable. The nurse agreed with me that the tooth felt chipped, until the doctor walked in then she began agreeing with everything the doctor said. Instead of fixing it for me, I was told that my orthodontist was a bad doctor and that I should go to him to get it fixed. I haven’t had an issue with my retainer for 8 years, until coming to Halo Dental. DO NOT GO THERE! Not worth it at all. They do more damage than good, and then don’t even take responsibility for their own wrongdoings. Diamond and Dr. Patel are extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional.
