Myself and my children had routine cleanings with Cheryl, but were billed for services not rendered through our insurance company. When I received the copy of our bills I immediately called. Of course when I spoke with the dentist’s office they denied it. After a lot of back and forth with the dentist and Diana (County Dental Office Manager) an agreement was made for the return of approximately $1300 total. Although there was no admittance to any type of fraud, which there most definitely was, Diana said that they agreed to this out of good faith. 6 months later and numerous phone calls and lies by Diana still no money has been refunded and they are making every excuse not to hand over the chart notes to my insurance company. My advice – know what you are being billed for beforehand or better yet stay away from them-find an honest dentist.
