We manage it by using only top rated vendors with negotiated rates, advising them on the work to be completed, and receiving timely updates to be sure your down time is kept to a minimum. If you need a more comprehensive maintenance solution Master Fleet s CFM consists of selecting vendor shops,negotiating labor rates and parts pricing, clearly stating and getting agreement on the PM programs, cost stances and repair times, training vendor shops on best practices and procedures, tracking and scheduling all inspections, identifying and recovering all OE and aftermarket warranty, entering all repair information into our maintenance system by asset and system codes, providing reporting, auditing repair orders and invoices, and providing payment to the vendor shop.
