We Protect Family Assets

General Info
Practicing law on the Treasure Coast for more than 30 years! We pride ourselves in providing the experience and specialized services of a larger law firm with the personalized attention, low overhead and reasonable fees of a family owned business. Each of our legal assistants have at least five (5) years of experience with our firm and/or another law firm. We have been assisting families to protect their assets from the litigious nature of society for more than 30 years. We represent clients across the Treasure Coast including Stuart, Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Vero Beach and Okeechobee as well as Palm Beach County. We can assist you in protecting your assets (including your children) in all aspects of family law including divorces, child custody, estate and trust planning, administration and litigation and real property and business transactions and litigation. We offer the resources and specialized legal services of a large law firm with the responsiveness and personal attention you can only expect from a small family-owned business. Whether you are planning to get married or you are involved in divorce or post judgment/modification proceedings, our job is to educate and represent you as to your rights, obligations and options. Due to the emotionally-charged nature of most family law cases, it helps to have an experienced attorney on your team. We have experience in preparing asset transfer documents to avoid probate and to also avoid disputes among family members including those from different marriages. Estate planning is one of the most important decisions of your life. These decisions will determine how your life savings will be administered and distributed following your death. It can mean the difference between having your assets efficiently administered and distributed without probate or having such assets distributed through probate according to Floridas intestate succession, elective share, homestead and other on a one size fits all inheritance laws. Our attorneys and staff of real estate paralegals have many years of experience in conducting smooth real estate closings and can provide these services at the same cost as a commercial title insurance company without any additional charge for legal representation.
