My mother was in Salerno Bay Manor recovering from a very bad urinary tract infection. She lived alone as I lived out of state with my husband and children. The staff at Salerno Bay Manor not only provided the best care for mom that I could have possible imagined, but they also kept me informed on her ups and downs and treated mom as if they were her family. Salerno Bay Manor is a fantastic skilled nursing facility with very caring staff and a wonderful rehab department!

My mother entered Salerno Bay for rehab after breaking her pelvis in a fall. 4 weeks later she was dead after contracting C-diff and suffering from kidney failure due to poor care. If my sister hadn't insisted she be sent to the hospital she would have died sooner. Horrible place, even when a family member is there keeping tabs on everything.
