For the past 14 years I used this company for plumbing services specifically for water conditioning equipment. There was an odor coming from the water in my home that this company did not properly diagnose. They installed equipment for a so called "sulphur" problem that never existed!!! After numerous service calls, this company failed to correct the problems and a second company was utilized. The horrific odor was deemed to be coming from the anode in the hot water heater which was never checked or serviced. After spending over 4000.00 I have made a formal complaint with the better business bureau.

Couldn't be happier!!! Had a well pump that quit working. Leon Clapper was out within 4 hours, and had the issue debugged and fixed in no time! Turns out it was a switch and gauge replacement! VERY VERY HAPPY! I don't know if Leon was, as he said that it saved us about $1400 bucks! Again, someone was there to answer the call, Leon arrived - before I expected him, and diagnosed and fixed this issue in a timely manner! I think we found a plumber! Brian B. Stroudsburg, PA

Did not return emails and phone calls. Impossible to talk to him, his secretary relays information. He forgets what is talked about and when. He apparently does not need the business since customer relations do not seem important.

Had Leon Clapper come to our house a couple times. Both times they argued with us about what brand plumbing / water heaters to install. Everything they ever did for us failed within two to four years. Moen sink in kitchen leaked bad after two years...200 dollar faucet job to install. A O Smith water heater failed after four years...he argued for AO Smith and Moen...I wanted GE and Kohler. He said he would never put a crappy GE water heater from Home Depot in. I should have.Assistant almost set cabinets on fire while soldering copper plumbing. Use someone else. Oh....toilet leak complaint resulted in them replacing the wax seal under the toilet...but it still leaked. Found out LATER toilet was leaking from old hardware seals in the tank itself, not the wax seal. Clapper screwed that one up too.
