I just got a ticket for loud muffler. My car is a jeep with a 4.0 litre engine. Its not the muffler, my engine sounds like this! how many cars are out there with illegal exaust pipes and racing equipment that wake up the whole neighborhood and never even get pulled over?! i was coming home from work at 3 a.m. and I got pulled over for nothing and more than that, the ticket is for nothing! why? because there is nobody to pull over and nothing to do?? i am so disappointed about this!!!! thank you streamwood police!!!!!!!
