If you want to buy a new vehicle don't buy it from Car Collection. Car Collection is not the place to buy a car from, take it from someone who knows. I bought a car from Car Collection, the first car I bought they sold it to someone else, and I had to choose another car. Then the car I did choose and got to take home. A month and a half later the motor blows. Now they want me to pay to get the car fixed. I shouldent have to pay anything because a motor in a car is not suppose to go in a month in a half. Clearly Car Collection sold me a lemon and it's not fair for me to have to pay for a lemon car. So word to the wise don't buy anything from Car Collection!!!!!!!!

This car sales shop was extremely good with providing follow-up service. I bought a 2000 Pontiac Montana van for $4000. FIrst, the price was great. A week later, it wouldn't start and the car salesman and his mechanic came to my home to get it started. The battery simply needed cleaning. While there, they also fixed the water pump. Secondly, the ABS light had been coming of and on since the day we bought it. Two weeks later and finally getting around to taking it in, they totally replaced it (a $300+ job) with no questions asked.I was very pleased with their customer service. The only thing, was the van did not have an up to date emissions testing, so, if you buy a vehicle from them, make sure the emissions testing is up to date so that you won't have to pay for it out of pocket. The tag office informed me that this should have been done. I paid for it, but after all the other services they provided, I didn't mind paying $20 for an emissions testing!
